Bob.1 Antibody (IHC)

BOB-1 is a transcriptional activator necessary for the formation of follicular germinal centers and immunoglobulin production. It interacts with Oct-1 and Oct-2 and can enhance the transcriptional functions of Oct-1 and Oct-2 proteins in the spleen. and high expression in granulocytes of peripheral blood. BOB-1 is often used in combination with Oct-2 and is mainly used in the study of Hodgkin lymphoma classification. BOB-1 is positively expressed in nodular lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin lymphoma, but negatively expressed in classical Hodgkin lymphoma. It is reported that some T-cell lymphomas can also express Bob-1.
