AMACR/p504s Antibody (IHC)
$500.00
100μl (Concentrated)
AMACR (p504s) is an important enzyme in fatty acid branched-chain β-oxidase. Currently, AMACR (p504s) has been identified through cDNA library subtraction and microarray analysis of malignant prostate tissue. In IHC staining, prostate adenocarcinoma has high expression, but benign prostate tissue has no expression. Expression of AMACR (p504s) can also detect prostate precancerous lesions such as prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia (PIN) and atypical adenomatous hyperplasia. AMACR (P504s) as a positive marker together with basal cell (34bE12 or P63) staining as a negative marker can help to identify PIN and small lesions of prostate cancer.
