CD71 Antibody (IHC)

Transferrin receptor (CD71) is a disulfide-linked homodimeric glycoprotein that is expressed in placental syncytiotrophoblasts, myocytes, basal keratinocytes, hepatocytes, endocrine pancreas, spermatocytes, and erythrocytes. Expressed in somatic cells. The CD71 receptor is a potent erythrocyte precursor recognizer. The high expression of transferrin red blood cell precursors makes the CD71 antibody an excellent red blood cell precursor marker for evaluating bone marrow biopsy specimens, and has the following characteristics: 1. The membrane staining and plasma staining patterns are clearly defined; 2. In the bone marrow Expression in biopsy tissue is restricted to the erythrocyte lineage; 3. CD71 expression levels decrease with the degree of erythrocyte maturity, with the highest expression level in the early erythrocyte stage and the lowest level in the normal erythrocyte stage; 4.
