CD123 Antibody (IHC)
100μl (Concentrated)
The CD123 antigen is also known as the alpha-subunit of the human interleukin-3 receptor. It is a transmembrane glycoprotein and a member of the cytokine receptor superfamily. It forms a heterodimer with CD131 (the β-subunit of the human interleukin-3 receptor) to form the interleukin-3 receptor. The α-subunit produces cytokine specificity and the β-subunit produces signal transduction functions. It has been reported in the literature that interleukin-3 receptors are present in monocytes, neutrophils, basophils, eosinophils, megakaryocytes, erythroid precursors, mast cells, macrophages and some lymphoid B cell subsets. expressed and mediates proliferation and differentiation of these cells. In tissue cells outside the hematopoietic system, it has been reported that CD123 is also expressed in Leydig cells of testis, certain endothelial cells, placenta and brain tissue cells.
