FOX A1 Antibody (IHC)

FOX A1, also known as hepatocyte nuclear factor 3α (HNF3α), is a transcription factor expressed in normal breast duct epithelium, as well as in lung, pancreas, bladder, prostate, colon and other epithelia. It is reported that FOX A1 can be co-expressed with ER in breast cancer, especially luminal A breast cancer (83%, including ER+/PR+/HER2+ cases), and FOX is expressed in 42-45% of breast invasive cancer cases. A1, while 86% of basal-like triple-negative breast cancers are negative. Therefore, FOX A1 can be used as a useful indicator for breast cancer classification.
