Light chain Lambda is a B cell marker and is mainly used for the auxiliary diagnosis of leukemia, plasmacytoma and some non-Hodgkin’s diseases. Studies believe that the common feature of these tumors is that the expression of a single light chain is limited, so the light chains Kappa and Lambda can be used for the auxiliary diagnosis of benign and malignant lymphoid lesions (reactive lymphocyte proliferation and lymphoma).
