Annexin A1 Antibody (IHC)

Annexin A1 (ANXA1) is highly expressed on the cell membrane in 97% of hairy cell leukemia samples and can occasionally be found in the cytoplasm. Except for hairy cell leukemia, ANXA1 is negative in all B-cell lymphomas, including typical splenic lymphoma with villous lymphocytes and variant hairy cell leukemia defined by current morphological, phenotypic and clinical criteria. High expression of ANXA1 is common in adenocarcinoma of the esophagus or esophagogastric junction, with higher pathological T grade and common distant metastasis, and is an independent prognostic indicator of patient survival.
