bcl-6 Antibody (IHC)

Bcl-6 is a proto-oncogene encoding a 96 kDa kruppel-type zinc finger protein that can affect the response and proliferation of B lymphocytes in lymphoid follicle germinal centers. Bcl-6 is mainly expressed in B lymphocytes of normal germinal centers and lymphomas derived from them. It is found in follicular lymphoma, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, Burkitt lymphoma and Hodgkin’s lymphoma dominated by nodular lymphocytes. Positive expression in the disease. It can be used in combination with CD10 for indolent lymphoma (differentiation of follicular lymphoma from other lymphomas); it can be used in combination with CD10 and MUM1 for the classification of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
