C-MET Antibody (IHC)

c-Met is a protein product encoded by the c-Met proto-oncogene. It is a receptor for hepatocyte growth factor (HGF). It has tyrosine kinase activity, is related to a variety of oncogene products and regulatory proteins, and is involved in cell information. The regulation of conduction and cytoskeleton rearrangement is an important factor in cell proliferation, differentiation and movement. Under physiological conditions, c-Met receptor and HGF briefly combine to exert physiological effects. The simultaneous high expression of HGF and c-Met in tumor tissues forms a positive feedback, leading to unlimited tumor growth and invasive behavior. This positive feedback has been confirmed in malignant tumors such as glioma, osteosarcoma, breast cancer, and lung cancer. It is currently believed that c-Met is closely related to the occurrence and metastasis of various tumors.
