CD15 Antibody (IHC)

CD15 is mainly distributed in mature granulocytes, while the staining of promyelocytes is variable and normal myeloid cells are negative. Activated T lymphocytes can express. Almost all chronic myelogenous leukemias (CML) are CD15 positive, and acute lymphoblastic leukemias (ALL) rarely express it. 80% of R-S cells and mononuclear R-S cells in Hodgkin’s lymphoma are CD15 positive, and specific R-S cell membranes are positive. Mainly used for the auxiliary diagnosis of Hodgkin’s lymphoma and granulocytic sarcoma.
