CD163 Antibody (IHC)

CD163 is a type I membrane protein, also known as M130 antigen, Ber-Mac3, Ki-M8 or SM4. It is mainly expressed in the monocyte/macrophage system, but in FDC cells in lymphoid follicle germinal centers and mantle zones. Expression is negative. As a new type of tissue cell marker, this antibody is mainly used for the diagnosis and research of monocytes, macrophages and their tumors. In addition, CD163 is of great significance in the diagnosis of FDC sarcoma. If CD163 expression is positive, FDC sarcoma can be excluded.
