CD19 Antibody (IHC)
100μl (Concentrated)
CD19 is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily and has two immunoglobulin-like domains. In the lymphohematopoietic system, it has a single-chain glycoprotein expressed on the surface of lymphocytes and follicular dendritic cells. During the development, activation and differentiation stages of B lymphocytes, CD19 plays an important regulatory role. CD19 combines with CD21, CD81 and CD225 (Leu-13) to form a signal transduction complex. CD19 is expressed from the earliest, identifiable B lymphocyte stage to differentiated and developing B lymphocytes, but CD19 is lost in mature B lymphocytes and plasma cells. CD19 is expressed in most B-cell lymphomas/leukemias (B-lymphoblastic lymphoma, small lymphocytic lymphoma/leukemia, mantle cell lymphoma, follicular lymphoma, Burkitt lymphoma, marginal zone lymphoma, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, hairy-blood leukemia), plasma cell tumors and T-cell lymphoma are negative.
