CD3 Antibody (IHC)

CD3 is a complex molecule composed of 5 peptide chains and is expressed on the surface of all T cells. CD3 and T cell antigen recognition receptor (TCR) form a composite receptor molecule, which is the main unit for T cells to recognize antigens and has the function of stabilizing the TCR structure and transmitting activation signals. CD3 is a relatively specific T cell antibody that can identify normal and neoplastic T lymphocytes and NK cells, and is often used in the diagnosis of this type of lymphoma.
