CD30 Antibody (IHC)

CD30 is a transmembrane single-chain glycoprotein with a molecular weight of 120kDa. It is the receptor for the cytokine ligand CD30L. It plays an important role in lymphocyte activation and is expressed on activated T/B cells, R-S cells, and around some lymphoid follicles. cells, which are hallmarks of R-S cells and most anaplastic large cell lymphoma cells. And it also has a higher expression rate in embryonal carcinoma. This antibody is mainly used to label R-S cells in Hodjin’s disease and anaplastic large cell lymphoma.
