CD74 Antibody (IHC)

CD74 is expressed on all B cells and certain T cell subsets (MHC II positive), mainly lymphocytes in the germinal center. This antibody is mainly used to label B cells and the tumors they originate from. T cell lymphomas are rarely expressed. The staining site is the cell membrane, but paranuclear granular staining can be seen, which is helpful for the research of lymphoma and leukemia. In addition, the antibody can be used in the study of atypical fibrous xanthosarcoma and malignant fibrous histiocytoma.
