CK10 has a molecular weight of 56.5kDa and mainly labels the suprabasal and granular cell layers of epithelium. CK10 expression is directly proportional to the degree of differentiation of cells, and those with high differentiation are usually positive. Mainly used for the diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma.
