GST-π Antibody (IHC)

GST-π is a major isoenzyme in the GST family and has detoxification function. It is currently considered to be a marker of drug resistance in tumor cells, and the anticancer drugs mediated are mainly cisplatin and so on. It can be used in the research of many malignant tumors such as liver cancer, gastric cancer, colon cancer, pancreatic cancer, and esophageal cancer. Simultaneous detection of P-gp and TopoII has more clinical significance in determining whether tumor cells have developed drug resistance.
