IMP3 Antibody (IHC)
100μl (Concentrated)
The IMP3 gene is located on chromosome 7p11.5. Its protein is a member of the insulin-like factor RNA-binding protein family and can specifically bind to insulin-like growth factor 2 and β-actin. ⑴ IMP3 is highly expressed in tissues such as thymus, pancreas, kidney and liver during embryonic development, while in normal human tissues, IMP3 is only expressed in fibroblasts, tonsils, lymphocytes, testis and ovary. ⑵ IMP3 protein is highly expressed in pancreatic cancer (13/15), but not expressed in benign pancreatic tumors, pancreatic inflammatory lesions or normal pancreatic tissue, so it is recommended for use in the differential diagnosis of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. At the same time, IMP3 can also be expressed in other malignant tumors, including lung adenocarcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, ovarian cancer, renal cell carcinoma, cervical adenocarcinoma, endometrial cancer, esophageal adenocarcinoma, malignant melanoma, and Merkel cell carcinoma. , urothelial cancer, pulmonary neuroendocrine cancer, pancreatic cancer, triple-negative breast cancer, etc. There is no detailed description of the positive expression rate in the above-mentioned tumor literature.
