p300/CBP Antibody (IHC)

P300/CBP is one of the important macromolecule proteins in histone acetyltransferase (HAT). P300/CBP is involved in the activation of many transcription factors, and it also has acetyltransferase activity and can acetylate four core histones and multiple transcription factors. More and more studies have confirmed that P300/CBP variations are associated with the occurrence of various human diseases, including diabetes, inflammation, heart disease, and especially tumors. P300/CBP is also related to some pathways in tumors, and these pathways play different roles in tumors.
