TLE1 is one of four sensor-like enhancer genes. TLE genes can exist briefly during the embryonic period. TLE1 competes with b-catenin for TCF to form the TLE1-TCF/LEF complex. The Wnt signaling pathway is closely related to the occurrence of sliding mode sarcoma, and TLE1 is a gene related to this signaling pathway. Gene chip studies have confirmed varying degrees of TLE1 expression in sliding sarcoma.
