ZAP-70 Antibody (IHC)

ZAP-70 is a tyrosine kinase of the Syk family that is mainly expressed on T cells, NK cells, mast cells, and basophils. It can also be detected in normal precursor B cells, but is not expressed in normal mature B cells. ZAP-70 is closely associated with the formation of nonmutated structures of the immunoglobulin heavy chain variable region gene (IgVH) in chronic lymphocytic leukemia. This antibody can be used as an independent prognostic indicator for chronic lymphocytic leukemia and is of great significance in guiding its clinical treatment.
