The CD45R family has four differentiated subtypes, CD45RA, CD45RB, CD45RC, and CD45RO. CD45RA is mainly expressed on B lymphocytes and some thymic medullary cells. About 80% of B-cell lymphomas are positive and 10% of T-cell lymphomas are positive. Often combined with other B cell markers CD20 and CD45RB, it is mainly used for the auxiliary diagnosis of B cell lymphoma.
