CD45RO Antibody (IHC)

CD45RO is expressed in 90% of thymic cortical cells, 50% of thymic medullary cells, 50-70% of CD2-/CD3+ peripheral lymphocytes, very rare normal B cells, mature monocytes and macrophages, and in some intestinal Epithelial infiltrating lymphocytes CD45RO-. Mainly used to differentiate between low-grade T-cell lymphoma and low-grade B-cell lymphoma, with a sensitivity of 95% and a specificity of 95%; to differentiate between high-grade T-cell lymphoma and high-grade B-cell lymphoma, with a sensitivity of 80%. Specificity 85%.
