Fascin is a highly conserved actin bundle protein, which is related to the formation of microfilaments in mitosis. In normal tissues, Fascin is mainly expressed in various dendritic cells and lymphatic sinus endothelial cells, and it is also usually expressed positively in R-S cells of Hodgkin lymphoma. This antibody is mainly used for the diagnosis of Hodgkin lymphoma.
