NF Kappa B/p50 Antibody (IHC)

NF-KB is composed of a group of structurally related protein families, including RelA (p65), C-Rel, NF-KB1 (P50/P105), and NF-KB2 (P52/P100). NF-KB is composed of two subunits belonging to the Rel family as homologous or heterodimers. The inducible form is a heterodimer composed of NF-KB and Rel. The main function is P50/ P65 heterodimer. NF-KB is mainly involved in the mediation of antibody immune function, and can regulate the expression of many cytokines and adhesion molecule genes related to inflammatory and immune responses, and is used in the research of various diseases.
