Progesterone Receptor Antibody (IHC)
100μl (Concentrated)
The progesterone receptor (PR) expresses two isoforms, PRA (94KDa) and PRB (114KDa), which function as a transcription factor after ligand activation and exist in normal endometrium and breast epithelial cells. A large number of recent studies on breast cancer have shown that most ER- and PR-positive tumors are effective in endocrine therapy, with high remission rates, low recurrence rates, and good prognosis. Even patients with only one of ER and PR-positive tumors have a good prognosis. For patients who are completely negative for both types of breast cancer, PR has become one of the routine examination items for breast cancer patients. Data show that the sensitivity, specificity and expression localization of SP2 in breast cancer are better than that of mouse monoclonal antibody PR.
